How do I post a Classified AD?

If you are already registered: login. Click 'Start a new ad' and then type in the information of the item you wish to post on the following screen.
If you are not registered, register first and then follow the steps above.

I don't want to use a credit card to list my RV, can I send a check by US Mail?

You sure can! These options will take a little longer, but there are actually two ways to do it;

• Go through the normal RV ad creation process on the website. At the end of the process, instead of paying by credit card there will be a button that reads "I would rather send a check for $xx.xx". If you click this button it will give you a printable form to send with your payment and picture(s) for free scanning. If you would like the picture(s) back, please include a SASE.
   
• Go to http://www.morervs.com/dsp_printad.cfm and print the form, fill it out and send it with check and pictures to be scanned for free to the address on the form. If you would like the picture(s) back, please include a SASE.

How can I have a better chance of selling my RV?

To improve your chances of selling your RV, we encourage to choose an ad enhancement when placing your ad. There are two type of enhancements available

1) The RED BOLD FACE TYPE enhancement is $5.95 per ad and will make your ads stand out and be noticed in search results when potential buyers are browsing the RVs.

2) The FEATURED AD enhancement is $11.95 per ad and will display your ad before all standard ads. Featured Ads are displayed on the home page, the search page and the browse page. This will REALLY get your ad noticed and make people take a look.

How can I edit, delete or renew my Classified AD?

After you login to your account, simply click the Edit or Delete button beside the Classified AD you wish to change. You can also click the View button to view your ad as it is.
To renew your Classified AD, a Renew link will automatically appear beside your AD after expiration. Click the Renew link and your AD will be automatically renewed.

I posted my Classified AD, but I don't see it?

Most probably the browser is displaying information from the cache. Click the reload button on your browser and you should see your AD. Or wait 10 minutes for your AD to appear.

I lost my username and password, and can't login!

Go to the login page, and scroll down to the lost you password form. Type in your email, and an autoresponder will immediately email you your password and username.

Can I add a photo to my ad? And how can I do that?

When you submit your Classified AD, simply type in the URL to the image that you have in the description field if it on the web.
You may upload your photo(s) by logging into your account and editing the Classified AD, then click on the link under the camera icon in "Ad Manager." There you can follow the directions to upload / delete your pictures

YOUR PICTURE MUST BE IN JPG OR GIF FORMAT

Your first photo will be displayed with a width of 450 pixels and a height of 250 pixels in the final ad. All other photos will have thumbnails automatically created and displayed for you. Clicking on the thumbnail in the final ad displays the full size original picture.

I can't upload my picture, it gives me a "file not saved" error.

This is a common error. This error means that your picture is too big in terms of file size. In order to keep load times for ads as short as possible, we restrict the file size for pictures to 100KB maximum. Your file must be a .JPG or .GIF format. BMP files are not compatible with web browsers and will be deleted immediately after uploading.You need to look at the file that you are trying to upload and optimize it for the web. Click here for important information about photos. We have facilities on this page for you to shrink your image so it will upload to our site, and it will also load faster. Is my contact information private?

Yes, your information is private, we DO NOT SELL our lists to anyone, anywhere, anytime. All information you provide in your account is confidential. Your email address is stored in our database and is not visible with your AD to other viewers. If a person wishes to contact you, they will use the form at the bottom of your AD to send you a message. Our privacy statement may be viewed here.
